Paul Quinn College’s basketball season opener and Homecoming night on November 2, 2024, was filled with excitement and anticipation. Still, the home team ultimately fell short in a close game against UT Dallas, losing 61-57 in front of a spirited crowd at the Paul Quinn Gymnasium.
First Quarter: A Strong Start
The Paul Quinn Tigers came out with energy, establishing a 13-6 lead by the end of the first quarter. With effective ball movement and efficient defense, Paul Quinn controlled the pace early, keeping UT Dallas to just six points in the quarter.
