Paul Quinn Women’s Soccer Opens Season with Strong Exhibition Performance Against Eastfield
Dallas, TX – August 15, 2025 The Paul Quinn College women’s soccer team kicked off its 2025 campaign in impressive fashion, delivering a strong exhibition outing against Eastfield on Friday evening.
Head Coach Nick Arbelaez praised his team's effort and early progress, noting that the players have already shown significant growth in a short amount of time.
"I'm really pleased with the progress we've made so far," Arbelaez said after the match. "The ladies have worked incredibly hard to get to this point, and I'm very proud that they were able to see some of that work pay off this evening."
While celebrating the early positives, Arbelaez was quick to keep the team focused on the bigger picture. He emphasized that there are still many areas for improvement as the Tigers continue to prepare for the season ahead.
"We're still a work in progress," he added. "There are plenty of details we need to clean up, but I like the direction we're heading."
